Invite team members

Bring colleagues or clients into a workspace by email. People only ever see the workspaces they've been invited to.
Send an invite
- In the workspace you want to share, open the Team section.
- Click Invite member and enter the person's email address.
- Pick a role — see Roles and permissions for what each level allows.
- Send the invite. The person gets an email with a link to join, and appears in the member list once they accept.
The invitee doesn't need an existing TagVolt account — the invite link walks new users through signing up first.
What invitees can see
Members see only the workspace they were invited to: its containers, domains, preview sessions and logs, within the limits of their role. Your other workspaces stay invisible to them.
Access is per workspace
Invites don't carry across workspaces. If someone should work on three clients, invite them to those three workspaces — each with the role that fits. That's deliberate: it's what keeps one client's setup invisible to another's. If a client doesn't have their own workspace yet, create a workspace for them first.
When someone leaves a project, remove them from that workspace in the Team section. Only their access to that workspace ends — your other workspaces are never affected.
