Plans & limits

Updated July 2026 · 1 min read

TagVolt has a permanent free plan and paid plans that scale with your usage — here's how the plans are structured and what limits mean in practice.

The free plan

The free plan is a regular monthly plan, not a trial. It never expires, and there's no deadline after which you must upgrade — you can stay on it for as long as it covers your needs. That makes it the easiest way to try server-side tagging on a real site: follow the Quick start and you're live without paying anything.

Paid plans are built around usage: as your containers handle more traffic, you move to a plan with higher limits. Exact plans and limits evolve over time, so we don't list numbers here — the current lineup, including prices, is always on the pricing page.

Not sure where you'll land? Start on the free plan — since it never expires, you can see what your real setup needs before choosing a paid plan.

When you're close to a limit

If a busy month pushes you toward your plan's ceiling, the fix is moving up a plan — see Upgrade or downgrade. If you're regularly near the limit rather than spiking past it once, that's a good sign the next plan up is the better fit.
